Payment
We accept payment through PayPal. Orders will be charged in Hong Kong dollars.
Ordering Schedule
The order cut-off time will be 12:45 pm (Hong Kong time).
Delivery
We offer free delivery to most residential and commercial addresses for orders from HK$1200. For orders under HK$1200, HK$150 for shipping charges will apply.
- In most cases we engage HAVI (新夏暉), sister company of SF Express, for delivery services.
- Delivery services cover most addresses in Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories areas (not including outlying islands, except Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay).
- The Company will notify the Customer in the event that the Logistic Agents could not deliver to her/his address. Alternative logistic arrangement will be discussed on a case by case basis (additional charge may apply).
- Delivery will be arranged in 2-3 working days once the order is confirmed and payment received in full.
